Please pray for me during the next 2 months. I'm finishing my last semester in a nursing program and I need a specific grade on the next test and the final in order to pass the class. I just found out today that I need a heart operation on September 2nd. I'm 20 years old and this is the second surgery that I've needed on my heart and we can't figure out the exact problem. I know my prayer may seem selfish but I've always dreamed of being a nurse and I would really like to pass this class and I know with prayers and God if its meant to happen it will. Thank you for the prayers and thoughts.

Please pray for my wife and unborn child. We just found out yesterday through an ultrasound that there is a chance that our baby has a very rare condition that can lead to different forms of impairment, developing problems, and even death. This is our first child and devastating for the both of us. I just received word from my Dr. that the cancer I was diagnosed with is in full remission, and now we have this. It feels like more than one family can/should handle. We need all the prayers that we can get.

Please pray that we get our dog back. We don't know if someone stole her or she got out. If she got out of our yard we don't know how. She is a black lab/ pit bull mix and it is breaking my heart. Dear Lord, I have done my best to lead my husband to you. I have done my best to show him the amazing wonders of your love. I have tried my hardest to love him unconditionally and through these economic times that threaten to destroy our family. Please help me bring him to you through working in our lives. Please help him find work to take care of our family and soon because right now, the tears are falling too often. I am not asking for money we don't need. I am asking for enough to survive, and at this point as you know we aren't surviving. My depression is settling in and the longer it goes on the more I hate myself for wanting the baby you blessed us with. I am at the point that perhaps giving our children up for adoption to family that is more financially stable might be the best option, or to a loving family that is financially stable... My heart is broken just thinking about these things Lord. Being without my children would surely kill me, but I want a good life for them...

Please pray for my grandmother. She is having surgery on both of her legs in the next three weeks. It is minor, outpatient surgery but even the thought of going to the doctor makes her blood pressure skyrocket. Please pray that she can find peace and comfort in the Lord and that He will take care of her through anything and everything. Thank you so much.

This may seem rather trivial, but my boyfriend is flying to South Korea tonight and I can't see or talk to him except for a few phone calls or emails on the weekend. I pray that he takes care of himself and has a safe flight and a safe trip. It's hard for the two of us to be apart for so long and not being able to keep in contact. We've had a stressful year because my mother has had a very unusual grudge against him that neither of us can seem to change. Gahh ):

I have continually prayed over the last month that God will help me in this situation and I have yet to have answer. I have an overwhelming feeling of lonliness that is so heavy on my heart and soul. an empty nester and now divorced for four years. I feel that all I have in my life is going to work, coming home to an empty house and going to church on Sunday and Wednesdays. I want so much to have love in my life, happiness someone that will share life with me. I feel that I have been going to work and putting on this fake happy face to get through each day, then I drive home and as soon as I pull into the garage and that garage door goes down I sit in my car in the dark crying uncontrollably begging God to please bring someone into my life that will love me and cherish me. My soul and heart aches for love and companionship. I then start hurting so bad because God hasn't answered me and then I start wondering will he? Or am I praying for something that he doesn't want me to have, or that I don't deserve to have, which causes me more pain. I have cried so much that when I wake up in the morning my eyes are swollen and I have to then try to cover it in make up just like I have to cover my pain with a smile to get through the day...when will God hear? When will He answer these prayers of agony? I pray and cry out Psalms 6: 4 6-7 Turn, Lord! Rescue Me, Save me because of your faithful love I am weary from my groaning, with my tears I dampen my pillow and drench my bed every night. My eyes are swollen from grief, they grow old because of all my enemies. and Psalm 13:1-3,5-6 Lord, how long will You continually forget me? How long will You hide Your face from me? How long will I store up anxious concerns within me, agony in my mind every day? How long will my enemy dominate me? Consider me and answer, Lord, my God. restore brightness to my eyes; otherwise, I will sleep in death But I have trusted in Your faithful love; my heart will rejoice in Your deliverance. I will sing to the Lord because he has treated me generously. I don't know how much longer that I can hurt in this pain of lonliness and feeling so unloved, yes I know God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit Love me and that is suppose to be enough to fill me, but I have this hurt and pain and lonliness for a partner here on earth to share the time left with me. I need that earthly love. And at this point with each day that passes, my heart breaks even more for not having that person in my life. I have never felt this type of hurt and lonliness until now and I don't think I can take one more day of it. I ask that you pray for me as well as with each day I am finding it harder and harder to even get the words to come out ina sensible matter except for crying out help me God. Thank you

My friend's dad, Charles Haskins Sr., suffered from a cardiac arrest on Tuesday June 1st and is now in the ICU and unresponsive at our local hospital. This comes on the day of his first granddaughter being born, Karlie. I pray that everybody keeps him and his family in their thoughts and prayers, they really need help right now. Please, pray as much as you can for this family, they have been through a lot and need all the help they can get. Thank you!

Hello would like to say that I do believe prayer works even for physical healings.My current problem I have is with my ears a problem called tinnitus or constant ringing.It is quite distressing and it can rattle my brain and mind.I have never abused my body before and never really abused my ears but on occasion have been around loud noise. I just need help because doctors cant do anything about it.I do believe God can do something especially if the right people pray who also believe the same way I do.Thank you to all who pray for me and I will likewise pray for everyone that God grant your requests

At the age of 22, my brother has been diagnosed with crohn's disease and now has to get shots that will lower his immune system. There is a chance of him getting a life threatening disease and dying. Please pray that all goes well so he can continue his path to medical school to become a doctor.

I struggle with lust. I have come to know the Lord Jesus personally. He answered my prayers and provided me my soul mate. She and I have been married nearly 3 years now... I have been unemployed for 2 years now, getting depressed about the job market, but I do trust the Lord will provide, but in my spare time I still find myself spending most my free time looking at pornography, despite my desire not to, I feel like the man Paul describes in Romans 7... God has called me to be a better man than this and I fall so short, like an addiction, looking for more exciting images I become dull in spirit and in affection for my wife. I have been praying for years to beat this temptation every time I face it, sometimes I win, most times I compromise with sin... Oh what a wretched man am I? The guilt and shame are drowning me, thus my enemy wins, taking me out of the fight!

I would like to ask for some help praying for someone very close to me. Her name is Jennifer and about a year ago she was diagnosed with Hutchinson Disease for awhile things were going well she was getting treated and all was looking positive. This last week she went to the hospital and had to have surgery they found 3 large masses and was able to remove all but one. I never got to meet Jennifer in person and this June had plans set to. She is a mother and I kind loving person and has brought so much joy into my heart. In less then a 3 day period she had to have surgery and start chemotherapy. I hope to find a way down there soon to be by her side and fight with her. Please have her in your prayers thanks you very much. God Bless

I am a mother of 3. I'm in an abusive relationship and I'm not allowed to work so saving money to go is not easy. He keeps an iron grip on all money and what goes where, so it is difficult to sneak any at all. I am the only target and I feel it is ubfair to uproot my kids and leave their stuff. my life is overwhelming. My husband and I are both college students, our bank account is in shambles due to bad management and I work full time to support us. I hate my job. I know it is a gift from God to have a job at all, and this one especially that provides free tuition for the two of us, however it is wearing on me to do this mundane thing day in and day out, while I am longing to be a wife and mother, not a custodian for a school full of hypocrites. I need strength and we need money to survive until he graduates and he is working on a double major so that will be a long time from now...I feel overwhelmed and unappreciated, and yet horribly ungrateful at times for what has been offered to me.

Please pray for Derrell Johnson, he is the father of one of my Best Friends. He is in his 50's and has 2 childre, Tiffany Johnson & Jason Johnson, and 3 beautiful Grandchildren, all of whom need him to remain in their lives. Derrell has a procedure at 3pm today and it very likely could result in an open heart triple bypass surgery, which can be very risky. Please pray that me is strong enough to make it through the surgery. Please pray that God hands may be the hands of those surgeons in his operating room, that they will have the knowledge and patience and required skills to get through the surgery successfully. I am under pressure from all ways. I go to church and pray and know that God does not give you more than you can handle. My daughter/son-in-law have issues with court, money and health. I have issues with health. I feel that I am being drained. I have lent them more money than I should have, have been told I have to wait to get it back, have been given numerous tests to find my health issue but it is in God's hands. I need to be able to breathe and let God do His work. Please pray that I can allow this to be. Thank you and prayer does work. I have seen it happen in my lifetime with my family (parents). I feel as if I am given any more that I will be headed for a nervous breakdown. I know that God made me strong, but feel the sides caving in. Thank you to you all who feel this is warranted prayer.

My boyfriend Jay made a mistake a year ago and has been incarcerated ever since. Since then he has turned his life around and made changes that he couldn't have made on his own. God has been forgiving and has blessed us along the way. We are getting married as soon as heis released. He was notified a month ago that he was approved for release and the process was started. There have been some bumps along the way. On Friday we were informeed that someone made a mistake and that he is not scheduled to be approved for release until April. This means that he will likely not be released before July 2010. I am asking for prayer to help us get through these trying times. We are prayerful that a mistake has been made. But in the event that there has not been a mistake, we ask that God grant us patience and peace and the ability to accept his decision. We have both been very excited about his impending release. I pray that he is able to accept any decision and stay strong in his faith. I pray that God keep me in his hands and give me sttrength to deal with these feelings of loneliness. I know that God will not put moreon us than we can bear. I also know that there are lessons to be learned from this situation. I pray that both him and I learn the lessons we are supposed to. I pray that thos situation brings us closer as a couple and closer in our walk with Christ. Please pray for us. Please pray that he comes home soon. Thank you for your prayers.

My mother had a stroke she lost the use of her right side I need prayer to make her whole again to be to be able to use your right so so we can take her home. This morning she was put in ICU I need a miracle God needs to make things right again. She has been a servant of god all her life I feel it is unfair that she suffer the way she is now. I want God to heal my mother So I am asking for strong prayer for her she was starting to do go until this morning. So please I need a miracle for getting her home fast well and functioning again so she can go to church and enjoy life again and we can have our mother back.
